Shipping Policy

All orders fulfilled by Dermalase are dispatched via Australia Post. Shipping times and fees vary:

Please note that delivery times may fluctuate during peak periods. Orders are dispatched from our clinic on operating days (Tuesday-Friday) at 4pm. Orders placed after this time or outside business hours will be dispatched the following business day.

While we ensure secure packaging, any issues arising post-dispatch fall under the responsibility of Australia Post. Clients may opt for additional insurance coverage for orders exceeding $100.00 by contacting the clinic directly.

Returns Policy

At Dermalase, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality skincare products that meet their needs and expectations. To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, we have outlined the following return guidelines:

Unopened Products

If you change your mind about a product and it remains unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 5 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product to us.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs.

OPENED PRODUCTS

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about a purchase after receiving an opened product, we are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons. We encourage you to contact our customer service team for advice or recommendations on alternative products that may better suit your needs.
